Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of UK trades businesses, keeping them on track and spotting upsell and referral opportunities.

About the role
You’re the link between every client and our internal team: running check-ins, keeping clients moving and spotting where they can grow. A relationship role with a commercial edge.
The better your clients do and the longer they stay, the more you earn.
What you'll do
- Bi-weekly Zoom check-ins with every client on your portfolio
- Day-to-day client contact on WhatsApp
- Coordinating quarterly content shoots with our videographers
- Spotting problems early on the GrowthSuite dashboard
- Driving upsells, referrals and 5-star reviews
Pay
£39,000base, plus:
- £800/monthwhen churn stays at or below 5%
- 10%of the first month’s value on any upsell you close
- £100 / £50per referral signed / per 5-star review
- £75/monthper client for every client beyond 50
On-target earnings
No cap. Your portfolio grows, your income grows.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of client-facing or account management experience
- Confident leading Zoom calls and managing WhatsApp professionally
- Comfortable with CRM and project management tools
- Sharp attention to detail, and fluent English
Nice to have: agency experience, GoHighLevel or Monday.com, a sales or retention background.
